Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Zypherone (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a virtual assistant agency specializing in property management.

 

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We offer virtual assistant services for property management, including but not limited to:

• Administrative support for landlords and property managers

• Tenant communication and screening assistance

• Rent collection management (via third-party platforms)

• Property listing management and marketing support

• Document processing (e.g., lease agreements)

 

We do not act as real estate agents or provide legal property advice.

Client Responsibilities

• You must be the legal property owner or authorized property manager to request our services.

• You must provide accurate and complete information about your properties and tenants.

• You are responsible for compliance with landlord-tenant laws in your jurisdiction.

Payments & Fees

  • All payments must be made before service commencement unless agreed otherwise.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.

  • Our services are non-refundable see Refund Policy 

  • Termination does not release the Client from paying for Services performed up to the termination date. All Fees already paid are non-refundable.

  • Unused service time does not roll over into future months.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.

  • Invoices are issued no fewer than 2 days before your renewal date.

  • Payment is processed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any disputes between landlords and tenants.

• Compliance with local rental laws (we provide administrative support, not legal advice).

• Third-party platform failures (e.g., payment processing, property listing sites).

Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unethical business practices.

  • Either party may terminate by giving at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice to the other.

  • Either party may terminate immediately if the other commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within seven (7) days of notice.
